Salvete, v'omnes! This is your 2014 WJCL Secretary, Aliyah Quereshi, announcing the revival of the WJCL blog! Also coming up is National Classics week, a week of celebration from April 20th to 26th. Classics students can promote the JCL and Classics studies during the weeklong celebration of Rome's birthday on April 21st. There is an awesome packet of activity suggestions on the njcl.org website, all themed around the Seven Hills of Rome. #holla After that is National Convention, the greatest culmination of Latin (and Greek) enthusiasm! The spirit themes are posted on the Nationals website. For anyone who studies Greek, there will be a Greek certamen (agon) this year-- this is NEW! SO, study up, chat it up, get pumped!
